Easytastea - Chewy, filling, too packed amongst natural energy, these oaty nutty muesli bars are made amongst immune-boosting bee pollen, coconut, almonds, chia, too honey. They are a skilful origin of carbohydrates, protein, healthful fatty too fiber. Take them camping, pack inward tiffin box or every bit breakfast on the go!

Coconut, Bee Pollen, Oat too Chia Muesli Bars

  • 80 ml Coconut fossil oil
  • 250 g Honey
  • 180 g Rolled oats
  • 50 g Shredded kokosnoot
  • 2 tbsp Bee pollen
  • 160 g Almonds, some chopped
  • 40 g Chia seeds
  • 70 g Pitted dried dates, finely chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Place the kokosnoot oil, dear too refined saccharify inward a small-scale saucepan over depression rut too cook, stirring, for 3–4 minutes or until melted too combined.
  2. Pour into a large bowl too add together the oats, coconut, bee pollen, almonds, chia seeds, dates too cinnamon too mix good to combine.
  3. Spoon into a lightly greased 20cm x 30cm baking pan lined amongst non-stick baking paper. Flatten the mixture using the dorsum of a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes or until night golden. Set aside to cool completely. Lift the land from the pan too cutting into bars to serve.
