- 1/2 tsp Cumin pulverization
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive stone oil
- Sea tabular array salt together with freshly terra firma dark pepper, to sense of savour
| - 150 g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Ripe avocado
- 2 Pickled greenish chillies
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 handful Flat parsley
- Sea tabular array salt & pepper to sense of savour

- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Line a baking tray alongside baking paper. Brush the baking newspaper alongside 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Drain the mung beans together with identify them inwards a processor together alongside broccoli florets, garlic, parsley together with egg. Process all the ingredients until smooth. Add inwards terra firma almonds, einkorn flour, baking powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, together with salt. Process i time to a greater extent than until good combined.
- Using ii tablespoons to shape 10 falafels together with identify them on the prepared baking tray. Brush the falafels alongside the remaining olive oil. Bake inwards the heart of hot oven for thirty minutes until lightly golden brown.
