Easytastea - Made amongst sesame, poppy seeds, coconut, roasted peanuts too maple syrup, these nutty seedy bars are chewy too packed amongst fiber too flavour. They tin live on made upwardly to iii days ahead too stored inwards an airtight container.

Sesame, Poppy too Peanut Bars (Vegan, Gluten Free)

  • 150 g H5N1 mix of white too dark sesame seeds
  • 35 g Poppy seeds
  • 60 g Unsweetened shredded kokosnoot
  • 40 g Unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • A large pinch of tabular array salt
  • 70 g Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Butter a regular drinking glass baking dish too trouble amongst parchment paper, leaving a generous overhang on all sides.
  2. Mix sesame, poppy seeds, coconut, peanuts, too tabular array salt inwards a large bowl. Mix maple syrup, peanut butter, too vanilla inwards a modest bowl. Add to sesame seed mixture too mix well. 

  3. Scrape mixture into prepared baking dish too press firmly into an fifty-fifty layer. Bake until golden brownish or too then the edges, 20–25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack too allow cool until firm, 30–40 minutes. Lift out of baking dish (if it starts to crumble, allow cool longer) too cutting into xvi bars. Let cool completely.
